Here is the info that I received.<br/><br/>'The Presiding Officer yesterday announced that he will, on 12 December, hold two ballots to enable Members to submit proposals for legislation. The ballots will be held simultaneously: one for Legislative Competence Orders (LCO), under Standing Order 22.47; and one for Measures, under Standing Order 23.99. It is the Presiding Officer’s intention to continue holding the Ballots at regular intervals, and on this basis he has agreed provisional dates for future Ballots as 20 February; 16 April and 11 June. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>I attach a note for Members outlining the ballot procedures for both LCOs and Measures.
