		<description>I don&#039;t believe it is restricted to just S4C; broadcasting which is controlled by the UK government, for example BBC&#039;s numerous channels. I believe that the only control that the UK government has over satellite and cable is that of OFCOM, overlooking what programmes those service providers produce and air. The fact of the matter is that Wales is not really portrayed on TV and even the BBC admitted they were not doing enough and ITV are trying to take away Welsh programmes for financial reasons. Conference agreed once again that Wales should control this matter not the UK government.</description>
