There are those involved in Welsh politics who do not want to see the Welsh Assembly work, who are intent on undermining its work, and who cannot conceive of Wales being a working, successful Nation by itself. This mindset has to change, and I see it as my task, and the role of others to change their perceptions, and to encourage them to embrace devolution.
